Core Judo Staines – Schools Terms and Conditions:

Booking and Payment: Your booking is not guaranteed until full payment has been received. Where classes are oversubscribed, paid for spaces will be given priority.

Minimum Numbers: Core Judo Staines – Schools reserves the right to cancel a class due to minimum participant numbers. In such circumstances payments will be returned in full.  

Liability: Core Judo Staines – Schools and their staff shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage or injury sustained during participation.

Behaviour and Conduct: Core Judo Staines – Schools reserves the right to remove any pupil from its programme, without refund if they are found to be bullying, behaving inappropriately, or displaying disruptive behaviour.  

Medical Information: You must declare all medical conditions, including allergies at the time of registration and must notify us promptly of any changes by emailing/calling us at aaronturnerjudo@outlook.com and +447719 569044

Illness: You must refrain from bringing your child to class if they have had any form of illness within 48 hours of the class.

Missed Sessions: Core Judo Staines – Schools do not issue refunds, credits or make-up session(s) for missed session(s) due to your own personal circumstances.

Cancellation and Withdrawals: Refunds will not be given if a pupil withdraws once the term has commenced.

Adverse Weather and Unforeseen Circumstances: If a session(s) is cancelled due to adverse weather conditions or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Core Judo Staines – Schools, a make-up session(s) will be offered where reasonably possible. If a replacement session(s) cannot be provided, a refund for the affected session(s) will be issued.

Automatic Re-enrolment: Pupils will be automatically enrolled for the following term unless notice is given. By remaining enrolled, you agree to pay the fees applicable for the new term. No refunds will be issued for cancellations made after the term has commenced.
